Under TM "MasterEmaco" are implemented mixtures for the repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures. All products of the brand consist of Portland cement with the addition of sand with a diameter of up to 10 mm, polymer fiber and modifiers, do not contain environmentally hazardous substances.

Emaco products practically do not shrink, completely fill the volume of the defect and have excellent adhesion to the repaired materials.

By scope, the brand's products are subdivided into those used for structural repairs (the S series with the exception of S 110 TIX, A and P), which allow operation at negative temperatures (the T series and the mixture S 110 TIX) and are intended for decorative repair, finishing and protection of material ( Emaco N900, Emaco N 5200, Emaco N 5100). The composition and method of application of the mixture are divided into molding (intended for the repair of horizontal surfaces) and thixotropic (for the repair of vertical surfaces).

Consider the main technical characteristics of casting mixtures:

• MasterEmaco S 466 - dry mix with a large filler (up to 10 mm). Depth of casting - from 4 to 10 cm. It is used for repair of large defects, not recommended for high-precision repair and when working in conditions of high acidity of the medium.
• Emaco S 488 PG (or polymer cement S88C) - mixture with fine filler (up to 2.5 mm). Depth of filling - from 2 to 4 cm, restrictions are similar to the previous option.

• Emaco S 540 FR - composition with fine filler, reinforced with steel brass-plated fiber, which increases durability and reliability. It is used to repair critical structures; it cannot be laid on uncured concrete.
• Emaco S 550 FR - differs by a combination of fine filler and chrome-nickel fiber, which increases the strength and chemical resistance of the material. It is used to repair critical structures in corrosive environments (except acid).
• Emaco S 5450 PG - bulk mix with high crack resistance and filler up to 1.5 mm, pouring depth - from 2 to 20 cm.

• Emaco S 105 PG - mix with a filler up to 3.5 mm, the depth of the casting is from 4 to 20 cm.

• Emaco A 640 - it is applied to filling of cracks and installation of metal structures up to 1 cm thick.
• Emaco T 1200 PG - composition with a filler up to 2.5 mm, depth of pouring from 1 to 10 cm, can be used at lower temperatures (up to - 10 ° С).

• Emaco T 1400 FR - a filler up to 2.5 mm in size, combined with a metal hardener, which allows the mixture to be used to repair critical objects. The depth of pouring of the mixture is from 1 to 10 cm; it can also be used at low temperatures (up to –10 ° С).
• Emaco T 545 - thanks to the use of phosphate-magnesium varieties of cement can be laid even at temperatures as low as -20 ° C. The size of the filler is up to 4 mm, the fill depth is up to 3 cm.
